Year Three Spelling Bee and Multiplier Exhibition Kicks off

In June, we kicked off year three of our spelling Bee and Multiplier competition for primary schools in Montserrado County beginning with the first ten schools.

On June 10, 2013, LMDI received the first batch of four schools, Euphemia K. Abdullai Demonstration School, Schenima Academia and Preparatory School System, T-FVE School System, and the TOP Foundation School System that participated in the exhibition games.

These spelling competitions are held under our youths’ signature program “Tomorrow’s People” whose mission is to promote academic excellence throughout Liberian schools.

These exciting competitions, exhibition matches for the Spelling Bee, and Multiplication competitions were held at our headquarters in Whedey Town Lower  Careysburg.

The event witnessed a gathering of at least 50 students, alongside teachers and parents.,

The beauty of these competitions is the fact that the participating schools and pupils’ passion to display their extraordinary knowledge and ability to answer questions takes center stage in these games. No one wants to be left behind or defeated by the other teams.

These exhibitions serve as teasers and set the pace for the actual competition that began on June 15, 2023. At the exhibition, students, teachers, and parents witnessed the power of spelling words, the multiplication of numbers, and the dedication of the young scholars to winning the games.
